Meet our Talented Team

Executive Chef Keith Lynch hails from Boca Raton, Florida. Keith graduated from the Florida Culinary Institute in West Palm Beach, FL. His early experience includes 5 years as Sous Chef at the acclaimed French restauarant, La Viella Maison, in Boca Raton. While there, Keith worked with the internationally recognized Executive Chef Richard Ruiz. La Viella Maison is a 5 star restaurant, and voted one of the top 12 restaurants in the United States.

From here, Keith moved north to Harbor Springs, Michigan as the Executive Chef at Teddy Griffin's Roadhouse. After 4 years perfecting his French, Italian and American dishes, Keith came to Mackinac Island's Lake View Hotel. As the Executive Chef of Goodfellow's and Catered Services, Keith has developed a marvelous new menu. His mouthwatering dishes include Steaks, Seafood, Pastas, Pizzas, and Salads.

Banquet Chef Erika Lynch is a native of Harbor Springs, Michigan, and a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. Erika came to Lake View with her husband Chef Keith in 2004, after 7 years as Sous Chef at Teddy Griffin's Roadhouse in Harbor Springs. She also taught 2 years of High School in Culinary Arts.

Erika has traveled the Eastern seaboard from Westbrook, Massachusetts to Key West, Florida in various capacities. As an intern at the upscale Oyster Cabin in Uxbridge, Massachusetts, Erika gained expertise in preparing seafood dishes and specialty meats such as lamb and quail from The Oyster Cabin's third generation Executive Chef Christopher Phaneuf. Erika also has notable experience as a Pastry Chef, preparing a delectable assortment of Wedding Cakes and Dessert selections.

Sous Chef Jason "The Kid" Fettes is from Hamburg, New York, and moved to Michigan after studying culinary arts at Hilbert College in Buffalo, New York. As sous chef, Jason works as a team with his cousin Keith prepping steaks, lamb, ribs, sauces and salad dressings.
