Booking Policy

Group rates are available to Conferences and Wedding Groups of 10 Rooms or more when booking conference room space at Lake View Hotel. Rates subject to 6% Michigan Sales Tax, 8% Hotel Service Charge, and 2% Tourism Assessment.

Conference Requirements
Initial Deposit of $250 is required to confirm rooms in Lake View Hotel. This deposit is refundable with sixty (60) days Notice of Cancellation. Additional Deposit of $500 is required sixty (60) days prior to arrival for Lake View Hotel to continue holding space. This deposit is refundable with forty-five (45) days Notice of Cancellation. Thirty (30) days prior to arrival, a count of rooms and preliminary rooming list is due.

Reception Requirements
$500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold space. 30 days prior to event 50% of event estimate is required. 10 days prior to the event the balance of estimate is required.

2013 Weddings and Conferences

Lake View Hotel offers 2,500 square feet of air-conditioned, contiguous conference space to accommodate a wide range of activities. From meetings of 80 attendees, to seated dinners for up to 125 guests, we have the flexibility to service almost any size group. Accordian walls break our conference rooms into two separate areas.
