Rehearsal Dinner Menu Options

You may choose from the following items for a buffet dinner. Plated dinners are available upon request. A minimum of 20 people is required. The length of time allotted for rehearsal dinners is dependant upon the date of the event. Please refer to the banquet polices for dinner times allowed within Goodfellow's Dining Room.

Oven broiled whitefish served with tartar sauce and lemon

Chicken medallions pan seared and finished with a mushroom Marsala wine demi

Chicken Florentine
Chicken cutlet topped with a blend of spinach, garlic, cheese and cream. Oven baked to perfection

Sliced Prime Rib
Oven roasted and served with au jus

Sliced Sirlion
Chargrilled and sliced, finished with a mushroom demi

Sliced Pork Loin
Herb rubbed and oven roasted, finished with a cognac cream

Bowtie Alfredo
Creamy alfredo tossed with bowtie noodles

Vegetarian Lasagna
Layers of noodles, seasonal vegetables, and blend of Italian cheeses baked golden brown
